About This Project
STEM Lab is a student-run 501(c)3 organization that equips immigrant children facing difficult transitions into society with a positive and innovative approach to learning through STEM.
STEM Lab currently hosts its program at Highland Elementary and Our Savior Lutheran Church within Lake Worth.
So far, 95+ students have received related coursework ranging from 10 STEM subject areas. The group has estimated that over 84% of the total student participants have shown improvements and have passed postassessment tests.
